Do I need to make a reservation for Open Play?
​Reservations are STRONGLY encouraged to guarantee your spot, however walk-ins are welcomed if space allows.
** To maintain the experience in our play space we only allow 10-12 kids per play session**

What ages can visit SunRays Kids Zone?
The space was designed with ages 6 months - 8 years old in mind.

How much does Open Play cost?
An Open Play pass is $16 | SunRays Kids Zone Grip Socks are $2.50 (required for ALL children playing; reusable once purchased). Infants under 6 months play free.

Can I bring in food and drinks?
Outside foods and drinks are permitted, however we do offer a small variety of snacks and drinks for purchase.

Do you host birthday parties?
Yes, absolutely! We offer different tiers of party packages, from Mini D.I.Y to full-service celebrations with decorations, food, setup and cleanup included.

Are socks required?

Yes, SunRays Grip Socks are REQUIRED to be worn by all children .Yes, szocks are required for adults as well. If adults forget theirs, socks are available for purchase at the front desk for $2.50.

Can I drop my child off?
​No, caregivers must remain on-site during their child’s play session.
**However we do offer a monthly Parent's Night Out drop off session**

Do you offer memberships?
​Yes, play more pay less ! Our membership plan includes unlimited Open Play (capacity allowing), discounts on parties, snacks and events. When you purchase a 1 YEAR membership you also unlock EXTRA perks!
